My friend brought his coat around to me as the zip was broken ... I persuaded him that it just wasn't worth doing and turned it into a couple of bags this is one of them

A friend brought me back some bags of leather from Devon... she was shopping for shoes in a little independent shop in Totnes and thought of me when she found the bags of scrap leather as you can see they made up into cute little purses!

Erin's new bag...

Keeley asked me to make a bag for new baby Erin... she chose this gorgeous red leather to go with the stroller. Keeley came to pick it up this afternoon so took the opportunity to take a photo of my newest customer. Isn' she sweet!

Ethnic Style

These two came off my machine yesterday...wanted to keep one for myself but they have both gone to the bag party tonight, will they return or will someone love them enough and buy them... have to wait and see.

I have been looking through the trends and love the Ethnic looks that Ralph Lauren has done... bags made from what looks like Kilim rugs very nice mixed with real girly Lacey dresses and tops, think maybe should treat myself or save my money to visit the Granchildren in New York

Also this week hot off my machines are these cute duffle bags ....
Just ready for the summer Orange seems to be the hot colour this year, not really my thing, but like a bit of tan like this one.

I have had such a good week... been busy making these from some biker jackets that
were kindly donated to me by friends Sue and Pete... thanx sooo much you guys...
Spring seems to be in the air and its making me work harder and faster!

One of my bags has just been to Egypt with step daughter Amy... they both avoided all the troubles and had a great time !

Been out walking the dog trying to blow away the cobwebs and lose some of the chocolate lbs I have put on!

Also looking for inspiration for the bag making...
